Inter-Mission offers three additional services to assist nonprofits in transition:

Coaching for new executive directors: Many new executive directors are not fully prepared to lead the organization and manage the board. Inter-Mission helps new executive directors set goals, manage board and staff, and cultivate external relationships.

Guidance in structural or programmatic transition: The evolutionary journey of a nonprofit organization can include expansion and contraction, often in response to outside forces. We help you transition in a sustainable way, keeping your critical mission in focus.

Succession Planning: Every nonprofit should have
a plan for both the unexpected departure of the executive director and for planned executive transition. We work with you to develop a well thought out plan to ease the challenges of the transition, keep your mission in focus, and strengthen your organization.

Organization Assessment: An unbiased outside review of an organization's governance, administration and program management is a tool for achieving organizational sustainability.  For the nonprofit, it is useful for management, as well as the basis for strategic and succession planning. For donors it is valuable due diligence before making a significant investment
in a nonprofit.
